For more than 40 years, fitness runs in my family; my father, uncle, and grandfather all lived and breathed it. Being a third-generation fitness coach nurtured with strength, discipline, and the firm belief that health is the real wealth makes me happy.
My trip, however, began differently. As a UX designer, I spent the rapid corporate life. I watched friends, coworkers, even family members disintegrating from stress, tight schedules, and pressure to perform over time. I saw working people losing their energy, self-confidence, and peace of mind; housewives quietly managing it all, burning out without help. I felt the suffering profoundly as I also participated in it.
That's when I made a decision. I left my corporate job and pursued my interest: fitness with meaning.
Having earned my certifications from one of India's top fitness institutions, I have assisted 100+ people lose fat, gain strength, recover from injuries, and change their lives using basic, tailored, results-oriented training.
